What you will be doing:

  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service Take initiative to create a personalised and memorable experience to our guest journey.
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
  • Outstanding customer care at all times
  • Check-in and check-out. Telephone handling
  • Payment and cash handling
  • Ensure all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite, efficient and courteous manner
  • Reservation handling when required
    Maintaining all equipment and work areas
  • Maintain a high level of hotel and product knowledge at all times

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or ONQ.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
