What you will be doing:
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service Take initiative to create a personalised and memorable experience to our guest journey.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Outstanding customer care at all times
- Check-in and check-out. Telephone handling
- Payment and cash handling
- Ensure all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite, efficient and courteous manner
- Reservation handling when required
Maintaining all equipment and work areas - Maintain a high level of hotel and product knowledge at all times
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or ONQ.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
